WANT TO TRAIN ONCE?

Are you still unsure whether running is something for you or would you like to experience the atmosphere at our training sessions? You are always welcome to try out three of our training courses! Send an email to bestuur@currimus.nl to register.

TRAININGS

Tuesday 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM endurance training Every Tuesday we do an endurance run in and around Leiden. Each runner has their own group that suits your speed. Please note that the distances vary between 8 and 12 km. Thursday 7:00 PM - 8:30 PM interval training Every Thursday there is an interval training. Distances of 200 to 1000m are repeatedly run here. In addition to running, attention is also paid to running technique and stability. Gathering All training sessions start from Leiden Athletics (dressing room 3 and 4, Antonie Duycklaan 9a 2334 ES Leiden). Here is the opportunity to change clothes. The changing rooms are closed during training. Requirements During Tuesday training in the dark, a vest or running lights are mandatory. A water bottle is recommended on Thursdays, especially on hot days.
