COMMITTEES 2023 - 2024

Activities Committee (AcCie)

The activities committee provides the association with fun and sporting activities. Consider arranging a Clinic, a training day or a themed drink. Members: Naomi, Emma, Isa, Charly, Owen

Barcommissie (BarSie)

The Bar Committee provides that there will be drinks every two weeks in the canteen of Leiden Athletics or in a pub in the city.

Batavieren racing committee (BataSie)

The Batavierenrace is the world's largest relay, running from Nijmegen to Enschede in 25 stages. Thousands of students participate every year and after the competition there is a big party on the campus of the University of Twente. The Batavierenrace is possibly the most fun running race of the year, but it is also a major challenge every year to ensure that it runs smoothly. The committee will focus on setting up teams and arranging the practical matters needed to participate in the run.

Eating committee (FoodSie)

The FoodSie provides a nice dinner once a month after a training session. For this purpose, we get together after the training and the FoodSie decides what will be eaten.

Vakantiecommissie (VakanSie)

Once a year, the holiday organization organizes a sporty and fun training weekend to another location in the Netherlands. The holiday company also arranges winter sports. Members: Iris, Marloes, Yvon, Naomi

Promotion Committee (PromoSie)

The promotion committee ensures that Currimus is well known among other associations in and outside Leiden. This committee is responsible for the promotion of various Currimus events.

Veluweloop committeeThis committee is organizing the beautiful relay run through the Veluwe this year.

NSK Commissie (NSK'Sie)

In 2024 we will organize the NSK Teams here in Leiden. We are super enthusiastic about this, but of course we cannot organize this without a committee. This committee will therefore help organize the NSK teams.

Members: Mandy, Marnix, Ruben, Naomi, Loïs

Audit Committee (KasCo) This committee controls the treasury. This checks whether the treasurer has performed his or her duties properly. This committee consists of at least a treasurer and one other member. Members: Marloes and Laura.
